The role of institutions of our country has been lamentable. The only institutions that have said a peep, without raising his voice too, have been the Stella Maris - these whether to grant them an important effort, "the Maritime Museum and the Faculty of Nautical Studies.
When one facet of culture focuses on things and forget the people becomes a pantomime. That is the path that was chosen in Catalunya. The destination: the disappearance of all traces of strong maritime tradition.
